Refund requests apply to the yearly plan within 7 days of a renewal charge. Monthly charges are not eligible for refund. Email support@mofilo.app within 7 days of your yearly renewal charge. To process your request, please include all of the following:
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Incomplete requests will need to be resubmitted with the required details before we can review them.
Please note that once a refund is issued, your access to Mofilo Premium features will end immediately.
