Mofilo subscriptions are recurring. You'll be billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, no hoops, no hassle.
If you subscribed on our website, new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, payments are not refundable. For renewals, we offer a 7-day refund window after each renewal date. To request a refund, email support@mofilo.app and let us know why so we can improve.
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly. We can't process those on our end. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play subscriptions.
