Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy applies to “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada law, and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Mofilo LLC is responsible for this data.

Consumer health data we collect

  • Body data: weight, height, body measurements, body fat, BMI, and progress photos.
  • Nutrition data: food and water logs, nutrients, meal photos, and voice or text food descriptions.
  • Activity data: workouts, cardio sessions and routes, steps, and energy burned.
  • Health app data you choose to connect, such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, sleep, blood glucose, and menstrual flow.
  • Goals, the reasons you give for them, and questionnaire answers about your habits and health.
  • Inferences from the above, such as estimated calorie needs.

Why we collect and use it

To provide the features you ask for: tracking, calorie and macro targets and adjustments, AI food logging, progress charts, and syncing with health apps. We collect consumer health data to provide the service you request. We also use de-identified health data to improve Mofilo and develop our own models, under the consent practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You, your device, and health apps you connect (Apple Health, Google Health Connect).

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that process it for us under contract: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and storage) and Google Gemini (AI processing of food photos, voice, and text you submit).
  • Apple Health or Google Health Connect, when you choose to sync data to them.
  • Others when required by law, or with your separate consent.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertising or analytics platforms.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we collect your consumer health data, access it, delete it, and withdraw your consent. Export your data from account settings, delete your account in Profile settings or at mofilo.app/delete-mobile-account, or email support@mofilo.app.
